The above functions do not seem to work properly and I have no idea why that might be.

With some documents they seem to work fine but then either not at all or only one term is changed?

Does anybody have any ideas what might be wrong or what I could try to fix that?

Any ideas are appreciated!

This is a permanent issue.
You had better get instructions from SDL Trados Inc.

I do get the impression it is my system, rather than something I am doing wrong.

It is possible that this has started since installing the Trados 2015 SR3 updates, so maybe reinstalling it might help?
