Grades are used instead of types with regard to diastolic dysfunction. But the terminology matches in both languages.

Первый тип диастолической дисфункции – гипертрофический (замедленной релаксации)
The mildest form is called an "abnormal relaxation pattern", or grade I diastolic dysfunction.

Второй тип – псевдонормальный.
Grade II diastolic dysfunction is called "pseudonormal filling dynamics".

Tретий тип диастолической дисфункции– рестриктивный.
Grade III and IV diastolic dysfunction are called "restrictive filling dynamics".

-> Andrey, if you are translating verbatim, then you are right. In this case this is a grade, not type. Please see the definitions in the references I provided and you will recognize the exact match in definitions of Russian тип and English grade.
