Source text - Bulgarian Чл. 5. ДОСТАВЧИКЪТ се задължава да информира КУПУВАЧА при запитване от страна на КУПУВАЧА за хода на изпълнение на заявките.
Чл. 6. ДОСТАВЧИКЪТ се задължава да положи всички усилия да предложи и препоръча най - удачните конфигурации за опаковки, съгласно продуктовата номенклатура на КУПУВАЧА.
Чл. 7. ДОСТАВЧИКЪТ се задължава да предостави на КУПУВАЧА документи, посочени в и съгласно чл. 19 на този договор.
Чл. 8. ДОСТАВЧИКЪТ се задължава да издаде фактура във връзка с извършена доставка. Фактурата трябва да бъде издадена и предадена на КУПУВАЧА най-късно на деня, следващ този, в който готовата продукция е предадена съгласно приемо-предавателния протокол. КУПУВАЧЪТ може да задържи плащането на съответната заявка докато не бъде снабден с посочения данъчен документ.
Чл. 9. ДОСТАВЧИКЪТ има право да получи уговорената цена за извършената доставка, съгласно условията на настоящия договор.
Чл. 10. По силата на настоящия договор ДОСТАВЧИКЪТ не придобива право на собственост или каквито и да е други права върху търговска марка, търговско име, емблема, лого, символ, дизайн или патент или някакви други права, които се притежават или използват от КУПУВАЧА във връзка с опаковките.
Чл. 11. ДОСТАВЧИКЪТ не може по никакъв начин, както по време на действието на договора, така след неговото прекратяване, независимо от начина на прекратяването да използва дизайна, оформлението и др., нито отделни елементи от тях, които са свързани с произвежданите опаковки за свои нужди или за нуждите на други свои клиенти, както в Република България, така и в трети страни.
Translation - English Article 5. THE SUPPLIER is obliged to inform the BUYER when there is an inquiry from the side of the BUYER about the made progress of the execution of the orders.
Article 6. THE SUPPLIER is obliged to make all efforts to propose and recommend the best configurations of packaging according to the product range of the BUYER.
Article 7. THE SUPPLIER is obliged to place the documents at BUYERS disposal according to article 19 of this contract and pointed in it.
Article 8. THE SUPPLIER is obliged to issue an invoice in connection to the made delivery. The invoice should be issued and handed to the BUYER most lately to the day following those in which the finished production is delivered, according to the record of acceptance-delivering. The BUYER could delay payment of the corresponding order until he is supplied with the pointed tax deed.
Article 9. THE SUPPLIER has the right to receive the agreed price for a delivery executed accordingly to the conditions of the current contract.
Article 10. By the virtue of this contract THE SUPPLIER did not acquire the right of property or another rights over the trade mark, trade name, emblem, logo, symbol, design or patent or any other rights which are possessed or held by the BUYER in connection to the packaging.
Article 11. THE SUPPLIER could not by any means both during the time of the the contract and after its termination , regardless of the way of the termination to use the design, arrangement and others, nor any elements from them, which are connected to the produced packaging for own needs or for the needs of other own clients both in the Republic of Bulgaria and in third countries.
