I am a freelance translator and proofreader with fifteen years of experience. I translate from German to Czech (Czech is my mother tongue).

I specialize in LAW (contracts and agreements, terms and conditions, GDPR, certificates, documents, actions and judgements, reports, records, etc.) and MARKETING (company websites, description of products and services, presentations, brochures, catalogues, surveys, etc.).


I studied German (master's degree) and Czech (bachelor's degree) at the Faculty of Arts, Masaryk university, Czech Republic.


In January 2022 I completed the course Legal minimum for interpreters and translators at the Faculty of Law, Masaryk university (1 term/80 lectures). 



I use the following CAT tools: SDL Trados Studio (version 2021) and memoQ.


I am a member of the Union of Interpreters and Translators (based in Prague).
