I am a freelance En -> JP translator specialising in games/apps localisation and have been working with this company. They are a little bit different from normal translation agencies - instead of getting emails from project managers about incoming projects, you just log in to their online portal where there is a list of jobs available in your language pair and take what your like. There is a deadline and you can work in your own time, which really suits me because I have 2 small children.

My question is, does anyone know any other companies/agencies like this? I am about to go back to work after taking a maternity leave with my 2nd child and would like to find more clients like this in order to get greater flexibility with my work.

I'd suggest that you delete the agency name, as per site rules, before the mods squash your post.
