I've had terms I didn't like before. I crossed them out, initialed the marks and sent them back. Never had a complaint (probably because the PMs didn't even examine them thoroughly).


Yeah, those are hardly likely to be upheld by an EU court for want of consideration. There must be a reciprocal benefit for the non-compete to survive court.
