I just forwarded the link to this thread to an agency based in the USA and—not surprisingly— Proz.com member in my reply to this fabulous offer:

"Dear Linguist,
I have an urgent translation task by tomorrow(May 2, 8 am GMT)

Not assigned is around 9000 words, and I want to know if you are
able to take part in this task.

The rate is 0.04$ per source word.

The format of the file is a bilingual table so no formatting
