Once again window elements have suddenly disappeared, and once again I can't see how to restore them. (I've exited and relaunched CT, but this doesn't help).
This time it's the row of little buttons just above the target segment window, for actions such as ' Add segment to memory and go to next segment', 'Move to to next segment', 'Move to previous segment' , 'Join..', 'Split..', and so on.

Please check the View > Toolbars > Hide toolbars menu option. You may have pressed that shortcut accidentally.
