Have you tried looking this up in Kudoz? A previous answer for this was "its own premises", see

If that does not work, Kudoz would be the designated place for terminology questions such as this one.

Best answer: Headquarters (or Head office) on our own premises.
Thanks a lot, Marjolein.
Cultural aspect: a colleague has remarked to me that in other countries it is not usual for a company to state this on its reports, but in Brazil it is common for a firm to emphasize "sede própria", meaning it has sound resources and does not rent its office space but rather owns it.
