Can anyone recommend good MT plugins for Vietnamese, Serbian and CJK?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could recommend which MT plugins might be good for handling Vietnamese and Serbian?

I am testing out Microsoft MT (using MemoQ 2015) but the Microsoft MT does not seem to support Serbian cyrillic script. Is there an alternative for this?

Also, as a final question, is there a particular plugin that is good for East Asian Languages (Chinese, Japanese and Korean).
