Hello everyone, My question might sound stupid and maybe what I'm looking for is actually very easy to do, but I have been looking for a solution to my problem on this forum, in OmegaT's instructions, etc. but I couldn't find anything that really helped me.

Is that possible ? If so, how can I do ? I know how to write a note when I'm translating in the programm, but once I create the translated document, none of them appear in the Word doc.

Generally, OmegaT, when producing translated documents, cannot change source documents in any way except for replacing translatable content with translations when available (otherwise source text is reproduced). So, no way.
