Dear all,

Has someone else participated in the TO3000 group buy from September and still hasn't received any licence activation whatsoever?

I have just received a confirmation about the payment and a mail saying that I would get an answer in 48-72 hours. This was 5 days ago.

I hope you can help me with that :/ Thanks and best regards.

Ana

You should have received news about the license by now Sep 18, 2019

Hello Ana,

Thank you for choosing ProZ.com for your software needs. You should have received news about the license by now. Can you confirm that that is the case? Thank you.

Best regards,
Alejandro
