Регулярно отправляю посылки в Сербию ЕМС-ом. Нормально все доходит. Правда, у меня категория "gift", а не "merchandize".

Нина, Ваш совет оказался самым дельным. Воспользовался услугами ЕМС. Очень щадящие тарифы, прекрасный сервис. ДАже ехать никуда не надо: курьер приходит домой (в офис).
Впредь буду прибегать к услугам означенной фирмы.
