Вот только проблема ответственности никуда не делась, да. Поэтому пост все одно - нужный, "человеческий" и своевременный.

Как известно, два года назад ответственность хозяев за действия их собак ужесточили. В соответствии с принятым Верховной Радой законом, собаки бойцовских пород приравниваются к оружию, а их неадекватные действия по отношению к окружающим считаются результатом неосторожности хозяина, за что он должен нести наказание. Исходя из этого, хозяину стаффордширского терьера, покусавшего девочку, грозит от восьми с половиной тысяч гривен штрафа до десяти лет лишения свободы. Однако на практике этот закон работает далеко не всегда.
