I too played along and got exactly the same reply as George Nikola, the only difference being Lisbon airport rather than Greece.

A Cali. Corp.licensed with the Dept. of Real Estate # 01889452 Googled the telephoned number and is in Virginia, USA. The Dept of Real Estate in california says that the Licence ID stated for the corp. is valid and in fact there is an actual Christina Lynn Thomas broker in Carlsbad,CA, USA. The scammers are getting better and better all the time...
