Problem with license

Hi,

Because of vacation, I installed Trados 2011 and Passolo on another PC. Before, I deactivated the licenses. When I came back home, I deactivated Trados’ license but I forgot Passolo’s license. Now, I can’t use it because it is supposed I have the license in use.

How can I deactivate it online? I’ve read all the solutions on SDL web, but I haven´t found a solution for my problem. It’s really difficult to find the form contact with SDL.

Go to the Knowledgebase;

http://kb.sdl.com

Then go to the tab called Solution Finder ( http://kb.sdl.com/?cid=23&tab=sf ) and now go here;

Pick the correct route for you and if appropriate you will be presented with a form that you can fill in to generate a support request and you will be contacted, normally within a day.

Also use the Chrome browser to log the case if you have it; you'll get more success in completing the form, and make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.

Actually, I did all these steps, the problem was that I coudn't find the form. It's always loading but it never acheives. so i can't fill in the form and sent it.
