Hi again, This is a frequent issue - the workaround is described in this article in the Trados Knowledge Base. The TW_users archives also hold numerous related posts.

thanks a lot for your help. A last question, when the translation is finished, how do I do to restore the fonts?

thanks a lot for your help. A last question, when the translation is finished, how do I do to restore the fonts?
...because the fonts are not installed on your system (if they were, you wouldn't have the problem in the first place...).
It's advisable to replace the unavailable font with another font that's (i) installed on your system and (ii) isn't used otherwise in the presentation. This way you can ask your customer to easily replace the font.
