Problems starting Trados: 'Translation memory too large for demo...' (My dongle is OK, (I think).)

Hello !
Since a couple of months , everytime I want to start Trados, I get the following message: "Translation memory too large for demo mode. Connect dongle to parallel port !"
I am not trying to open a memory but just Trados. My dongle is OK, (I think).
Have you had the same problem ?

My experience

It happened to me several times. 1. First of all, try to unplug and reinstall the dongle (I guess you have already tried this one). 2. If the above does not work, write to Trados Technical Support (for your area). Indicate your dongle number. They will provide you with a file to be installed. 3. If the problem persists, it means the dongle is damaged and they will provide you with a new dongle.
