Trados dongle is not recognized after re-installation of WinXP

Earlier today my system crashed. I had to repair the operating system (WinXP) using the installation CD. The "repair" process is very similar to a normal installation except that after that the applications remained intact and no application had to be re-installed.
I have Trados (5.5 Freelance) that I have used without any problems for almost 3 years now. Now the dongle is not recognized by the system, so the software would start only in demo mode. The dongle is USB.

What setting should I change on my PC to remedy this situation?

Look for a "Dongle Drivers" folder

From time to time the connection between Trados and my dongle is severed, and I have to re-install the dongle driver. In 6.0 it's in a folder under T6_FL, and I think it was in a similar place in 5.5. You might find it on your program CD as well. Kevin

You may need an updated driver for the USB-dongle:

Ha még nem oldottad volna meg....

Pár hete nálam ugyanez a probléma jelentkezett, igaz, én a 6.5 verziót használom.
