Conversion of file html in rtf doc

Hi everybody.
I am working with tageditor on a file html. I need to convert it in rtf for the customer, but - even if I already did in a job last year - I really can't remember the procedure.:(
Can u help me, plese?

Hello,

open the file in WinWord (as Text or as html) and save it as rtf.
