Can you please provide some more details to your questions, such as...

- Which version of MultiTerm are you using?
- Do you have any reference material to start from?
- If so, in which (file) format?

I got Trados Multiterm version 5.0.1,
About the reference material I got Some Doc files also some PDF files.

For those terms that are available in Word, this description from the Trados FAQ might help you to get started.

I have no idea whether there are any issues regarding arabic fonts, I'm afraid...
