Trados 6.5 - Installed languages spontaneously changed

Hello!
I just upgraded to Trados 6.5 and everything was working fine until I uninstalled 5.5 on the same pc over the weekend. Now I wanted to use 6.5 and the installed languages have spontanteously changed to Bulgarian and Catalan so I can't open my TMs because they are set to German and English. What can I do to change them back and avoid this happening again? Should I uninstall 6.5 and then re-install it? Thanks for any advice you can give.
