I also believe it's .NET Feb 14, 2019

I looked this up recently and I'm pretty sure it was .NET. I believe I found the answer on Paul Filkin's Multifarious blog.

Hope this helps!

Regex flavour Feb 16, 2019

.Net is the Studio regex flavor, at least to 2017.
RegexHero is also an excellent testing tool.
