error when using Studio 2017

When I open SDL Trados Studio 2017, the following message shows up and I can't use the program. I tried to repair the program from control Panel, but it didn't work. In addition, I tried to restore Windows 10 to a previous version and then, uninstall and install again Studio 2017, but the problem persists.
