Change default TM author name of segment Trados 2019

Hi all,

TM author name is your PC name by default. When I changed it the author of TM is still the previous one and I could not find how to set the default author. Is there a way to do it on Trados 2019?

If I have understood your post correctly, you want to change the TM User ID in SDL Trados Studio 2019. This information records the ID, in the translation memory (TM), of the translator who creates or modifies the translation segment.

If that is what you want to do, the only way to change the user ID that I know of is to do so manually. To do this, you would need to go to the "Welcome" screen in Studio, then select "File", "Setup". Then select "Edit" and change the TM User ID at the... See more
