Is it just me, or are others having trouble with FineReader?

Error Message:

ABBYY Licensing Service не доступен: The RPC Server is unavailable.
Diagnostic Message 950(0x0000068A) 1050(0x000006BA)

Or maybe my ISP has suddenly decided it doesn't like me accessing a license server in Moscow...

Somehow the license checking service got turned off
