How to make TMs and TDBs work for several locales of source and/or target language

HI. As it stands, when I want to use a TM or TDB, they have to be EN-UK for UK English translation or EN-US for US translation. It is tedious to create a separate TM and TDB for each locale, especially because I mostly translate into EN-US.

In WFP3 I can use an EN-GB TM as the active TM for an EN-US project. You can also create a TM as just "EN" instead of "EN-GB".
