fire sealing
Explanation:
Fireproofing can be lots of things, but "tetting" in this sense most often refers to closing around wall openings, cables, pipes, etc.

fireproofing (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fireproofing) is a general term for protecting materials etc against fire in many areas.
fire sealing (or fire stop - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firestop - ) is to close of perforations between building elements such as walls, floors, panels, etc in order to counteract fire moving from building element to building element, or from one "fire cell" to another. But who reads what we translate anyway?

I don't see anything wrong with 'The electrical contractor includes fireproofing of each cavity in building structures’. But maybe that’s just my interpretation of it. cf. 'å tette' in Jan E. Prestesæter's norsk-engelsk teknisk ordbok.

Notes to answerer
Asker: I'm just wondering whether this is more specific, Francis. "fire sealing" or something. From what I see this is done for cable ducts, pipes, and other openings.
