As to "Kst.", an entry does already exist in the glossary but I couldn't find it when I searched for it.

agree  Per Bergvall: I really hate stupid abbreviations. Can anybody explain to me why even the official printed versions say St.prp. or St.mld. rather than stortingsproposisjon or stortingsmelding? Surely ink isn't all that expensive?
