An agent can be someone outside of the company and does not necessarily have to be a subordinate. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2009-08-19 19:18:54 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I would probably say "legally empowered by him or her to bind the company" to be correct regardless of whether "chefen" is male or female. |
