You don't need to change … into thre dots (...) if you are a translator working with a CAT tool (or editor) with a document which will be published on the web. It will be correct to write Client…. On the web, three dots will show up instead of "…", so it will look like "Client...". If you want to translate "Client" into another language, you can do so, and let … follow just after, without any space, just like it's done in English.

And pardon me for calling it a HTML tag as it's not really a tag, it's a "special character".
