"Bolaget har inget särskilt revisions- eller ersättningsutskott utan dessa frågor hanteras och beslutas av styrelsen i sin helhet."

I found a few references for 'audit committee' and 'remuneration committee', but these were mainly in the ARs of Swedish companies, so I just want to double check that these are acceptable and correct terms in English.
