Highest possible standard


Explanation:
When translating, it is sometimes easy to become too hung up in the actual word definition, thus although technically correct, the phrase looses its intended impact during the translation process. I feel this is a phrase, that if translated into English, would reflect "highest possible standard(s).

We never hear the phrase: \"Tom set gold standards regarding his home life.\" However; we do hear: \"Tom set the highest possbilbe standards regarding his home life.
