I think you put this in the wrong category. First, postspærring is a legal term, where mail is forwarded to a curator, when a bankruptcy court determines the bankrupt person(s) is unable maintain oversight of his, her or their activities. Secondly, there is no such concept in US bankruptcy law, in that only a legal representative, with instructions from the client to do so, may legally open the addressee's mail. The only two instances where a person who does not legally represent the addressee can open mail is found within criminal law and military law. |
