Swedish term or phrase: ledningsgarnityr
This is from a press release which details a media event from a Swedish company in which journalists were invited to speak with various levels of management.

Here is your context: "Vi gav journalisterna tillgång till ett betydande ledningsgarnityr från såväl VD:n, den internationella ledningsgruppen samt Sveriges ledningsgrupp."

So far I have gone with something similar to "access throughout the management spectrum...", but I'm just not sure if this accurately conveys the Swedish meaning.

This is an express job, so as my client would say, 'jag sätta värde på raskt svar!'

Many thanks in advance,

Richard

management spread

Explanation:
Well my take on this if I had it as a rush job would be think in terms of food (Norstedt's say garnityr is "garnish" - obviously, with a further reference to "trimmings") and I would probably go with "management spread" or "a spread of management".

But I think your suggestion of "spectrum" is accurate. Depends how closely you want to stick to the source, given that something like "spread" is a bit wishy-washy.

Example sentence(s):
  • We gave journalists access to a spread of management

Asker: Ah yes, this is nice and succinct. Sadly the translation has already been submitted, but this is a good answer.
