Production yield has to do with effort and material input compared to what you get out of it. In your sentance, the reference to 'legovalsning' suggests that the loss here is in production terms -- the one company (buyer?) had to 'redo' or add a production step because the other party (seller?) didn't manufacture the ordered product correctly which is a loss of production yield. Which, of course boils down to a loss of profit.
