Plattkokningsskåp och skyddsglas torkas

In a cleaning instruction. I know it's some sort of cabinet, but can't find any reference to it anywhere - any help will be appreciated.

heating mantle

Explanation:
I am just guessing and throwing out some ideas here, but a "heating mantle" is sort of like a cabinet where you put a flask with a flat bottom to heat up a liquid.

Not sure about the "skyddsglas" around it, so another guess would be a hot plate in a fume hood? I have no idea the term for that, if there even is one? Best of luck.
