I agree that "Auxiliary drain" is the simplest answer but it is not used in bathrooms and wetrooms in UK.
If the context of this type, "drain gully" may be suitable, see references.

Re-reading the question, I see the context is not wetrooms at all!
Sorry about that, "drain gully" may still fit, but "auxiliary drain" is probably the best.
