Describes an "estate" that hasn't been occupied for a number of years. Translation "fremvisere" means "projectors" in every translation book, online, I've checked.

I'm thinking of - The property is an "estate" of Ole Nordmann, which hasn't been occupied for several years.

The sentence doesn't seem to need the english equivalent. But I'm not sure, since the term appears a few more times in the document. Mostly, it refers to the person showing the property, but it can't mean that here. I've tried "shower","agent responsible for showing", or "presenting agent" in the other places, but I don't like them. Nevertheless, it definitely doesn't fit here.
