In a section regarding "löneväxling":

För anställd som tillhör ITP1 grundas pensionen på kontant utbetald bruttolön vilket ger lön efter avstående. Därav ska anställd tillhörande ITP1 kompenseras för utebliven inbetalning till ordinarie tjänstepension.

For employees who belong to ITP1 the pension is based on the gross monetary salary paid after the sacrafice. Employees belonging to ITP1 will thereby by compensated for the missing payment to their regular retirement pension.

Does this mean that you sacrafice part of your salary to pay for outside insurance, but the company still pays for your regular insurance?
