Preklusion och Preskription

Äldre bestämmelser avseende preskription och preklusion gäller för försäkringsavtal som har ingåtts före den 1 januari 2015 och inte förnyats därefter (äldre försäkringar), om inte annat följer av stycket nedanför.

Bestämmelserna i punkt 1.13 i detta villkor avseende preskription och preklusion, tillämpas även på äldre försäkringar, om det förhållande som enligt försäkringsavtalet berättigar till försäkringsersättning eller annat försäkringsskydd inträder efter den 1 januari 2015.
