English translation: working entitlements

Spanish term or phrase: patrimonio laboral
Here is another little gem that I've been having trouble with:

"Se respetarán las condiciones laborales y salariales que pudieran exceder de las pactadas en este Convenio, manteniéndose en tal supuesto éstas, a título estrictamente personal, como garantía «Ad personam», incorporadas a su patrimonio laboral."

Does anybody know of a way to express this idea coherently in English? Could it possibly be "fringe benefits"?

(IMHO "compensation" sounds like a redundancy or insurance payment, rather than salary per se).

neutral  philgoddard: "Su" refers to the agreement, surely. There's no mention of an employee, unless it's in the previous sentence.

agree  Robert Carter: Compensation package is perfectly fine. And "su" I think must refer to the employee, not the agreement (which clearly cannot have a "patrimonio").
