I would, for AmE purposes, avoid the term of injunction as 1. the speciifc term of forføyning is used in the Norwegian 'Lov om mekling og rettergang i sivile tvister (tvisteloven).' - see the example sentence and 2. the term of a 'restraining or prohibitive' injunction could (I am told) 'grate' on ears attuned to the First (Free Speech) Amendment to the US Constitution. The specter/ spectre of a court action also raised the possibility of a US posting of bond and UK security for costs scenario, but I assume the component-term would then be sikkerhet and not sikring.
