entitlement to have delivery taken (make xxx accept) Explanation: 'Ein Anspruch auf Abnahme von Teilen steht dem Partner nicht zu.' > the Partner is not entitled to demand that delivery be taken (that such - parts - be accepted). The legal drafting is IMO rather ambiguous as it cannot really be the Partner supplying the parts who is entitled to take delivery, but it is for XXX (as *Abnehmer* > the outlet or buyer?) to accept such. Abnahme is a technical term of art that pops up throughout the German Civil Code (das BGB) and is argued over endlessly by lawyers (e.g. at my one-time law firm in Hamburg) and judges.
