Charles, it all has to do with holes of one sort or the other.
Ursparning (not spelled urspårning)= when you need to make a groove in a wall of solid material such as concrete for the fitting of pipes or cables in that wall.
Håltagning= you need to make a hole thru the wall, a penetration
Efterlagningar= what we call 'making good' ie you need to fix your grooves and penetrations so that they look neat and tidy, after you have made them. Hope this helps.
