Je sais bien qu'un engrais est un "fertilizer", mais je pense qu'il s'agit de faire passer un message parce que "vous le valez bien" mais qu'il s'agit bien de cela...

"XXX est un nettoyant désinfectant doublé d'un engrais..." ou à la rigueur "faisant office engrais" ou encore "dont la formulation cache un engrais"
