Albanian term or phrase: putlia
I am translating some receipts for jewelry. One item is called Putlia. Can't find the word in dictionaries and no explanation by googling, just a picture. It could be a small frame where an old coin is inserted, to be hanging in a necklace.

Also, is it plural? Under "Sasia" it says "3".

Any suggestion?

Ducat coin valued at 2.5 Ottoman Liras
Explanation:
While I cannot provide the English translation (this field is out of my expertise), putlia is a gold coin which comprises a necklace given to the bride as dowry by her husband or sometimes bought by them. See the photo attached.

The necklace is composed mostly of Ottoman Liras but putlia is another coin which is 2.5 times bigger hence more valuable than a Lira.
I hope this helps.
