agree  Ledja: Edhe unë këtë hasa, por s'po gjeja përshkrim të qartë për "llogari ngurtësimi". Një fjalor që kam për terma bankarë e përkthen "escrow" si "garanci-mbajtje"/"pranë të tretëve" (italisht: deposito presso terzi), por do të ketë patur përditësime që atëherë.
