Pallat (Albanian) or 'residential building' Explanation: This is just an assumption based on the information included in an ownership certificate. I also suppose it is a document issued in Albania and not Kosovo - for the latter I also suppose the document would be in Albanian and English too. Therefore, it makes for sense that the misspelled Word stands for 'pallat' and not 'palet' (parties). In any ownership certificate when there is more than one owner, each has a percentage of ownership. In addiction to that, I this sentence here is an 'if' (nqs) and it makes more sense to be an example of the type of property rather than rephrasing 'owners'. Hope I helped. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 day 20 hrs (2019-10-28 14:00:34 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Yes, proportion owned would work, unless it is expressed in %, in which case 'percentage of ownership' could be used too. Hope I helped. |
