Albanian term or phrase: Nqs pallet: Kuota e pjesemarrjes
This is on an ownership certificate for a house. The entry has a percentage mark (%) after the space to be filled in, i.e. the kuota is a percentage.

Literally the first bit should be "if parties" but I think I need something that sounds a bit clear in English. "Where there are multiple parties"?

Then should it be "level of ownership" or "proportion of ownership"?

Thanks!

English translation:Pallat (Albanian) or 'residential building'
Explanation:
This is just an assumption based on the information included in an ownership certificate. I also suppose it is a document issued in Albania and not Kosovo - for the latter I also suppose the document would be in Albanian and English too.

Therefore, it makes for sense that the misspelled Word stands for 'pallat' and not 'palet' (parties).

In any ownership certificate when there is more than one owner, each has a percentage of ownership. In addiction to that, I this sentence here is an 'if' (nqs) and it makes more sense to be an example of the type of property rather than rephrasing 'owners'.

Hope I helped.

Yes, proportion owned would work, unless it is expressed in %, in which case 'percentage of ownership' could be used too.

Hope I helped.

Asker: Thanks, that makes sense - in fact, the image is a bit fuzzy and it may well say "pallat". How would you then translate "kuota e pjesmarrjes"? Proportion owned?
