الغترة أو الشيلة headscarf/ ghutra Explanation: I think English-speaking people usually refer to it as headscarf. Otherwise, to avoid confusion, the use of the Arabic word "ghutra" is appropriate. I don't know about الشيلة. Isn't that the black veil worn by women?
